The Securities and Exchange Commission of Central Africa (COSUMAF) has launched a public consultation on two draft instructions intended to clarify how certain provisions of the Central African financial market framework and the COSUMAF General Regulation are to be applied. The drafts cover, first, the required content of the annual report to be produced by valuation experts for real estate collective investment undertakings and, second, the disclosure obligations imposed on issuers that make a public offering. The consultation runs from 09 to 17 July 2025 and is open to market participants and the public. After the deadline, COSUMAF will analyse the feedback received and publish the corresponding minutes on its website.
