The Egypt Financial Regulatory Authority’s Regional Center for Sustainable Finance has published the first issue of a new periodic newsletter, “Sustainability Around the World”, aimed at raising awareness and knowledge of sustainability topics and voluntary carbon markets in the non-banking financial sector. Planned as a monthly publication, the newsletter compiles key items from international press, news and research sources on sustainability and voluntary carbon markets, providing Arabic translations and links to the original coverage. The launch is framed as part of the Authority’s wider financial literacy strategy and the Center’s role in supporting sustainable finance through training and capacity-building, technical support on sustainable development objectives, and promoting responsible investment and green non-banking financial tools. Further issues are expected to be released each month.
