The Argentina Superintendency of Insurance said creditors and shareholders may use the TAD platform to request access to credit claim files in order to challenge or comment on claims. The Liquidation Commission will review requests and authorize access where appropriate, and observations are due within 10 days from the business day after June 10, 2026.
