Saudi Arabia’s Capital Markets Authority announced that Hamah Capital Company has completed the commencement of business requirements to conduct managing investments and operating funds within the securities business. The authorisation is granted under the Capital Market Law and its Implementing Regulations, pursuant to a CMA resolution dated 18/04/1446H (21/10/2024G).
