The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic revoked, effective February 27, 2026, the licences of Limited Liability Company Card Fly for violations of Kyrgyz Republic legislation, under a resolution of its Supervisory Committee. The withdrawal covers licence No 2058151124 (dated November 15, 2024) authorising services for the receipt, processing and issuance of financial information (processing and clearing) for third-party payments and settlements to participants in the payment system of the processing and clearing centre, and licence No 3060151124 (dated November 15, 2024) authorising acceptance and execution of payments and settlements for goods and services that are not the result of the company’s own activities, in favour of third parties through payment systems based on information technologies and electronic means and methods of payment.
