Kyrgyz Republic's State Service for Regulation and Supervision of Financial Markets has revoked TengriCoin CJSC's licence to operate as a virtual asset trading operator, removing its authorisation to run a crypto exchange. The action followed supervisory work that found repeated non-compliance with Kyrgyz requirements for the virtual asset market. The service said the revocation was taken under Articles 31 and 32 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic on Virtual Assets. It cited systematic breaches of legislation governing virtual asset circulation, failure to comply with mandatory requirements imposed by the authorised body, and failure to submit required reports. The agency also reminded market participants to comply with reporting and anti-money laundering requirements and said it will continue supervising the market.
