The Vietnam State Securities Commission issued a notice to individuals named in an attached list to pay the prescribed fee to complete procedures for the re-issuance of a Securities Practising Certificate. The re-issuance fee is VND 1,000,000 per person under Ministry of Finance Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC. Payment can be made by bank transfer to the Commission’s accounts at VietinBank (Ha Thanh branch) or Vietcombank (Hoang Mai branch), or paid directly at the Commission; the payment reference should identify the certificate recipient and their identification document. If, within one year from the Commission’s fee-payment notice, the recipient does not complete the procedure to collect the reissued certificate, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the certificate.

Vietnam State Securities Commission requires listed individuals to pay VND 1,000,000 fee to reissue securities practising certificates
The Vietnam State Securities Commission has notified individuals on a specified list to pay a VND 1,000,000 fee for the re-issuance of a Securities Practising Certificate, as per Ministry of Finance Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC.
