The event focused on new approaches and opportunities for mobilizing funding beyond conventional mechanisms, with participation from students with projects and startup founders. It also resulted in the signing of a cooperation agreement between COSOB and the university. The program included conferences and scientific presentations by COSOB officials, Nazim Sini of the commission's scientific council, and Anis Rahabi, director general of the Algerian Startup Fund.
