The Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (Hanfa) issued public warnings against Martina Dalić, President of the Management Board of PODRAVKA d.d., and Viktor Lučić, Director of Corporate Strategy and Business Development at KONČAR ELEKTROINDUSTRIJA d.d., for trading in their companies’ shares during the 30-day trading ban period preceding publication of the third quarter 2025 quarterly report. Following off-site supervisory proceedings, Hanfa determined the transactions breached the Market Abuse Regulation and the Capital Market Act because they were executed during the trading ban period. In both cases, Hanfa also found that the individuals did not possess inside information within the meaning of Article 7 of the Market Abuse Regulation that could have had a significant effect on the companies’ share prices. Hanfa published the decisions as a deterrent measure aimed at preventing similar conduct by the individuals concerned and other capital market participants.
