The Kuwait Capital Markets Authority has issued KFH Financial Brokerage Company a licence to carry out the activity of a qualified securities broker registered with the Securities Exchange, implemented by amending the company’s existing securities activities licence. The authorisation is based on Resolution No. 118 of 2025 and the Capital Markets Authority Law No. 7 of 2010 and its executive bylaws (as amended). The amendment cancels the existing activity of a securities broker registered with the stock exchange and adds the activity of a qualified securities broker registered with the stock exchange, with the licence effective from 25 November 2025.
