The Brazil Securities Commission (CVM), through its Corporate Relations Superintendence (SEP), has reversed the suspension of the public company registration of Massa Falida da Brasil Pharma S.A. after the company submitted all periodic information with filing deadlines up to the current date. The registration had been suspended on 17 October 2024 due to non-compliance, for more than a year, with the obligation to provide information to the CVM under CVM Resolution 80.

The Brazil Securities Commission (CVM) has reinstated the public company registration of Massa Falida da Brasil Pharma S.A. following the submission of all required periodic information. The registration was previously suspended due to non-compliance with CVM Resolution 80 for over a year.
