The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person, applied under the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on securities-sector fees and charges at the Commission. Payment can be made by bank transfer or directly at the Commission, and the transfer reference should identify the certificate holder (name, ID/passport number and the type of certificate). If a recipient does not complete the procedure to collect the certificate within one year of the notice, the Commission will issue a decision to cancel the granted securities practice certificate.
