The Montenegro Capital Market Authority has published draft amendments to the rulebook setting out the required content and submission deadlines for monthly, semi-annual and annual reports of open-ended investment funds with a public offering, and opened a public consultation. The draft was adopted at the authority’s 171st session on 20 February 2026 under specified provisions of the Law on Open-ended Investment Funds with Public Offering. Interested parties are invited to submit comments, proposals and suggestions to the authority in writing.
