The Montenegro Capital Market Authority has published a draft rulebook setting out requirements for the content and publication of business reports of closed-end investment funds and opened a public consultation. The draft was adopted at the authority’s 106th session under Article 154(4) of Montenegro’s Law on Investment Funds. Stakeholders are invited to submit comments, proposals and suggestions as part of the consultation.
