The Angola Capital Markets Commission has approved the registration of MOON CAPITAL ANGOLA – Women Empowerment Fund, a closed-end venture capital fund offered by private subscription and promoted by Eaglestone Capital – Sociedade Gestora de Organismos de Investimento Colectivo, S.A. The fund’s investment policy covers equity and debt instruments and includes the ability to provide guarantees to portfolio companies.
