The Vietnam State Securities Commission issued a notice instructing individuals named in an attached list to pay the statutory fee for the issuance of securities practising certificates in order to complete the licensing process. The fee is set at VND 1,000,000 per person under Ministry of Finance Circular No. 25/2022/TT-BTC. Payment can be made by bank transfer or directly at the Vietnam State Securities Commission, and the remittance reference must identify the recipient (name, identity document number, and type of certificate). If a recipient does not complete the procedure to collect the certificate within one year from the date of the Commission’s fee-payment notice, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the issued securities practising certificate.
