The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic approved four senior appointments at domestic banks, clearing nominees for a board position and senior finance roles following decisions taken on 11 December 2025. The approvals cover Bolot Barievich Azykov as a member of the board of directors of Open Joint Stock Company Keremet Bank, Azamat Abdyrakmanovich Tekenov as chief accountant of Open Joint Stock Company Bank Bai-Tushum, Rakhat Bolotbekovna Bazarbaeva as deputy chief accountant of Closed Joint Stock Company Kyrgyz Investment and Credit Bank, and Ainura Nazirovna Turdugulova as deputy chief accountant of Open Joint Stock Company Capital Bank.

The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic approved four senior appointments at domestic banks, including Bolot Barievich Azykov to the board of directors of Keremet Bank and Azamat Abdyrakmanovich Tekenov as chief accountant of Bank Bai-Tushum. Rakhat Bolotbekovna Bazarbaeva and Ainura Nazirovna Turdugulova were appointed as deputy chief accountants at Kyrgyz Investment and Credit Bank and Capital Bank, respectively.
