The Central Bank of Bolivia published a communiqué revoking a set of notarial powers of attorney (testimonios de poder) under its Authorized Signatures Regulation and Bolivia’s notary framework, rendering the related notarial representation documents without legal effect for the named agents. The revocations cover three powers of attorney (Testimonios 402/2025, 403/2025 and 404/2025, each issued on 26 November 2025 before Notary of Public Faith No. 2) granted to Sergio Marcelo Cerezo Aguirre, revoked via Testimonios de Revocación 126/2026, 127/2026 and 128/2026, respectively. A further power of attorney (Testimonio 383/2024, issued on 6 December 2024 before Notary of Public Faith No. 2) granted to Oswaldo Quelali Nina and Marcos Nivers Llanos Catacora was revoked via Testimonio de Revocación 139/2026.
