The European Council reported that G7 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors met in Banff, Canada on 20–22 May 2025, alongside Ukraine’s Finance Minister Sergii Marchenko and the heads of the International Monetary Fund, World Bank Group, Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development, Financial Stability Board and the President of the Financial Action Task Force for parts of the meeting, and issued their 22 May 2025 communiqué.
