The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority (FIN-FSA) has issued technical amendments to its Regulations and guidelines on reporting of financial information and Common European Reporting (COREP), updating them to align regulatory references with current EU requirements. The changes update the cited regulatory background, replace references with the new EU Implementing Regulation number, amend article numbering to match current legislation, and add the European Banking Authority’s Guidelines GL/2023/08 to the international recommendations section for the COREP-related guidance. The amended Regulations and guidelines enter into force on 28 June 2025.
