The Angola Capital Markets Commission has approved the registration of KHRONOS, a closed-end special securities investment fund promoted by Kyros Asset Management – Sociedade Gestora de Organismos Colectivos, S.A. The fund’s investment policy is to deploy capital in opportunities across Angola’s money and capital markets. Its portfolio may be composed predominantly of shares admitted to trading on a regulated market, public and private debt instruments, money market instruments including commercial paper denominated in AOA or foreign currency, and bank deposits. Kyros Asset Management – SGOIC, S.A. will act as the management company, while Banco de Negócios Internacional, S.A. has been appointed as depositary.
