The National Bank of Georgia and the Central Bank of Armenia signed a new memorandum of cooperation that broadens information and experience sharing between the two authorities. National Bank of Georgia Governor Natia Turnava and Central Bank of Armenia Governor Martin Galstyan signed the agreement during a meeting of regional central bank governors in Tbilisi. The memorandum covers the regulation and supervision of financial institutions, monetary policy, payment systems, securities markets, virtual asset service providers and financial technology. The governors also discussed the regional macroeconomic environment and financial sector conditions.
