The Central Bank of Cuba published an account of Metropolitan Bank’s recognition of employees for their years of service during celebrations marking Banking Workers’ Day, observed on Oct. 13. The awards ceremony took place at the Belén Convent in Havana during the bank’s 30th anniversary year and also commemorated 66 years since the nationalization of banking in Cuba.
