Dhamani automates insurance processes and supports a unified medical record for insured people, linking medical care more closely with coverage decisions. The authority is continuing to connect pharmacies, hospitals, health centers and clinics to the platform, with full pharmacy integration intended to enable services including electronic prescriptions across healthcare providers, pharmacies and insurers.
