The National Bank of Georgia has published a questionnaire inviting financial sector representatives, consumers, investors, and other stakeholders to contribute to the development of its 2026–2028 Supervisory Strategy, which will set supervisory priorities and related activities for the period. The bank has published supervisory strategy documents since 2020 as part of its transparency approach, positioning the strategy as a source of information on supervisory priorities and planned work for market participants and other stakeholders. In defining priorities for the 2026–2028 strategy, it plans to draw on supervisory and regulatory directions for the financial sector, recommendations from international partners and related commitments, international best practices and trends, private-sector views, and risks and challenges identified under its supervisory mandate. Views on the 2026–2028 Supervisory Strategy can be submitted through the questionnaire by 23 January 2026.
