The Federal Reserve Board announced the termination of three enforcement actions, ending cease and desist orders previously issued against Crédit Agricole S.A. and Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, Mega International Commercial Bank Co., Ltd and its US branches, and The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. The terminated actions were a cease and desist order dated 19 October 2015 for Crédit Agricole S.A. and Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank; a cease and desist order dated 17 January 2018 for Mega International Commercial Bank Co., Ltd, including its New York, Chicago, and Silicon Valley branches; and a cease and desist order dated 1 May 2018 for The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. All three actions were terminated on 25 March 2026.
