The Central Bank of Russia has published the programme architecture for its Financial Congress and opened registration via the event’s official website. The Congress will be held in St Petersburg on 2–4 July 2025. The business programme opens with two plenary sessions on 2 July covering conditions for sustainable economic growth and the role of macroeconomic policy, and the trends and outlook for the Russian financial market. Across 3–4 July, discussions will span medium-term challenges for the Russian economy, current financial system risks, capital market development drivers, banking regulation priorities, mass adoption of long-term instruments and related barriers, and models of cooperation between government and business to build national digital infrastructure for the financial market. The agenda comprises 21 panel sessions, with participation from Bank of Russia management, leading financial institutions, government authorities and experts.
