The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic’s supervisory committee has revoked two licences held by Limited Liability Company Tillabay for violations of Kyrgyz Republic legislation, with the withdrawal taking effect from 30 March 2026. The revoked authorisations, both issued on 12 June 2015, covered services for accepting and executing payments and settlements for goods and services on behalf of third parties via information technology-based payment systems and electronic payment methods, and services for receiving, processing and providing financial information through payment processing and clearing for third-party payments and settlements to participants of the relevant payment system.
