The National Bank of Serbia published operational statistics for its RTGS and dinar clearing systems for November 2025, reporting 17.6 million payments processed over 19 working days and uninterrupted operation. RTGS accounted for 16.7 million payment orders (94.4%) and the Clearing system for 1 million (5.6%), with an average of 928,103 payments per day (876,612 in RTGS and 51,492 in Clearing). Turnover totalled RSD 16,269.4 billion in RTGS and RSD 23.9 billion in Clearing (0.1% of total value), with average daily turnover of RSD 856.3 billion and RSD 1.3 billion respectively; across 10,575 minutes of production time, both systems recorded no downtime and 100% availability. In the National Bank of Serbia’s Interbank Foreign Exchange Clearing System and International Foreign Currency Clearing System, which has 21 participants, realised transactions amounted to EUR 121,682,578.92, with 100% availability.
