UNDP Financial Centres for Sustainability (FC4S) announced the establishment of a United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Project Office for Sustainable Finance in Dublin, supported by EUR 7.5 million in Irish Government funding over 2025–2027. The Dublin office will operate as a delivery platform for the UNDP Sustainable Finance Hub and will host the secretariats of FC4S and the Sustainable Insurance Forum (SIF). The Project Office is positioned as a global platform to connect financial institutions, regulators and public agencies across more than 40 countries with tools, partnerships and policy and regulatory insights to mobilise and deploy capital for climate, nature and sustainable development objectives. Its planned work includes developing nature-related investment tools, gender-responsive finance mechanisms, transition finance approaches and digital platforms, alongside country-level support and international engagement through forums including the G20, APEC, the FfD4 and UN climate negotiations.

UNDP Financial Centres for Sustainability announced a UNDP Project Office for Sustainable Finance in Dublin, funded by EUR 7.5 million from the Irish Government for 2025–2027.
