Vietnam State Securities Commission requires VND 1 million fee for reissued securities brokerage certificate

The Vietnam State Securities Commission notified Dao Dinh Tung that a VND 1 million fee is required to complete the reissuance of his securities brokerage practicing certificate. The fee may be paid by bank transfer or directly to the commission. The reissued certificate must be claimed within one year of the fee notice or the commission will cancel it. The electronic certificate is available through the commission’s online system using credentials sent to the registered phone number.
