The Kenya Capital Markets Authority approved a set of licensing and product registration applications, including granting Mema Asset Management Limited a fund manager licence and authorising additional sub-funds under existing umbrella collective investment schemes. Mema Asset Management Limited was licensed to provide investment management services to local and international investors, including institutional and high net worth individuals. Under CPF Asset Managers Limited’s existing umbrella scheme, the Authority approved the CPF Multi-Asset Special Fund, an open-ended fund with exposure to alternative investments such as private equity, private debt, offshore investments, and other unlisted securities in Kenya, selected regional markets, and global markets. It also approved Dyer & Blair Investment Bank Limited to register three additional sub-funds under the Dyer & Blair Unit Trust Scheme: the Dyer & Blair Fixed Income Fund (USD), Dyer & Blair Global Multi Asset Strategy Special Fund (KES), and Dyer & Blair Global Multi Asset Strategy Special Fund (USD).

It also authorised the CPF Multi-Asset Special Fund under CPF Asset Managers Limited and three additional sub-funds under the Dyer & Blair Unit Trust Scheme. These approvals enable exposure to alternative investments and global markets.
