The staff of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission announced that certain data fields intended to be masked in publicly available Form N-PORT reports were inadvertently made public on the EDGAR system for filings submitted between 3 February 2025 and 8 May 2025. The masking error has been corrected and the SEC has removed the affected data from the public EDGAR system as displayed on SEC.gov. The unmasking resulted from a software update effective 3 February 2025 and did not affect Form N-PORT filings made after 8 May 2025. SEC staff has informed all affected filers. The SEC Chairman has directed a comprehensive review of the EDGAR system.
