The Hellenic Capital Market Commission’s Board approved the content of LAMDA DEVELOPMENT SA’s prospectus for a public offering and admission to trading of bonds on the Athens Stock Exchange, and also decided to delist the shares of KTIMA KOSTA LAZARIDI S.A. from the exchange. The approved prospectus covers the issuance of up to 500,000 dematerialised, common, registered bonds to be admitted to trading in the fixed income securities trading segment of the Athens Stock Exchange through a common bond loan. The delisting of KTIMA KOSTA LAZARIDI S.A. was granted at the company’s request under Article 17(5) of Law 3371/2005.
