The Chile Financial Market Commission sanctioned two private investment fund managers for breaching ongoing information duties by failing to submit quarterly financial information on the funds they manage within the required timeframe. Administradora Mountain Chile VC S.A. was fined UF 300 and THL Capital Investments S.A. was fined UF 150. The breaches related to non-compliance with instructions in General Rule No. 475, under which quarterly submissions enable the Commission to maintain up-to-date information on private investment funds, including participants and each fund’s assets and liabilities.
