The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced that AFICAP MANAGERS LTD, the external manager of GRAVITY FUND RAIF V.C.I.C. PLC, has notified CySEC of the initiation of a procedure to dissolve and liquidate the GRAVITY FUND I investment compartment. The fund is registered as a Registered Alternative Investment Fund (RAIF) under registration number RAIF163. Until the dissolution and liquidation are completed, the compartment will remain listed in the RAIFs Registry and on CySEC’s website with a notice stating “under liquidation”, and CySEC will remove it from the register once the process is completed and the required documents are submitted.
