The Argentina Securities Commission (CNV) has amended the deadline for payment of the 2025 supervision and control fee by virtual asset service providers (PSAV), adjusting the timetable for firms registered in the PSAV Registry. PSAVs (individuals and legal entities) whose registration has not been cancelled as of 15 October 2025 must pay the annual fee between 3 and 7 November 2025 inclusive. PSAVs registered after 15 October 2025 must pay the fee within five business days of obtaining registration. Payments must be made via the National Public Administration collection system, e-Recauda.

Argentina Securities Commission changes 2025 supervision fee payment window for virtual asset service providers
The Argentina Securities Commission (CNV) has revised the payment deadline for the 2025 supervision and control fee for virtual asset service providers (PSAV). Firms registered in the PSAV Registry as of 15 October 2025 must pay between 3 and 7 November 2025, while those registered after must pay within five business days of registration. Payments are to be made through the e-Recauda system.
