The Financial Action Task Force of Latin America (GAFILAT) has opened CAMPUS GAFILAT to the general public, offering free, self-paced online training to stakeholders in GAFILAT member countries, the FATF Global Network and other interested participants. The available courses cover regional money laundering threats in Latin America (Spanish), virtual assets and virtual asset service providers (Spanish and English), GAFILAT regional AML/CFT typologies for 2021–2022 (new), and a comprehensive course on the FATF 40 Recommendations and the assessment methodology including a Fifth Round update (new). All modules are self-guided and asynchronous, and can be completed in stages. Registration is open until 2 November, with access to course content provided from 15 November to 15 February 2025.
