The Bank of the Lao PDR received a delegation from the International Finance Corporation (IFC) for a courtesy visit and discussions on the status of IFC programmes being implemented in Lao PDR, with a focus on the Green Finance Development programme, Phase II. The IFC delegation was led by Ms. Elvira Morella, head of the advisory and economics function for the East Asia and Pacific region. The Governor thanked IFC for its cooperation and past support and expressed interest in continued assistance, including future technical support.
