The Vietnam State Securities Commission issued Notice 168/TB-UBCK on payment of the licensing fee for securities practising certificates, instructing individuals named in the attached list to pay the fee to complete the certificate issuance process. The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person, in line with the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on fees and charges in the securities sector applied at the SSC. Payment can be made by bank transfer to designated SSC Office bank accounts or paid directly at the SSC. If a person granted a securities practising certificate does not complete the procedure to collect the certificate within one year from the SSC’s fee payment notice, the SSC will issue a decision cancelling the certificate that has been granted.
