Chile Financial Market Commission approved the merger by incorporation of Seguros Vida Security Previsión S.A. into Bice Vida Compañía de Seguros S.A., together with a reform of Bice Vida’s bylaws, after verifying compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. Under the resolution, Bice Vida Compañía de Seguros S.A., described as a special corporation, becomes the legal successor to Seguros Vida Security Previsión S.A., which will be dissolved.
