The Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (Hanfa) published a package of decisions from its 65th Management Board meeting, including amendments to the requirements for acquiring and testing the professional knowledge needed to act as an authorised actuary and an instruction on the preparation and submission of reports by crypto-asset service providers. The Board also ordered CROATIA osiguranje mirovinsko društvo za upravljanje dobrovoljnim mirovinskim fondom d.o.o. to improve its anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing system by 31 August 2026 and to file an implementation report within seven days after that deadline. It approved Đurđica Vlahović as a Management Board member of GENERALI OSIGURANJE d.d. for a four-year term starting 13 April 2026 and gave consent for Bogdan Drakulić to serve on the Management Board of PBZ-LEASING d.o.o. for a three-year term starting 11 May 2026. FEELSGOOD CAPITAL PARTNERS d.o.o. received authorisation to operate as a medium UAIF for managing an alternative investment fund, replacing its previous small UAIF authorisation. Hanfa also granted insurance distribution licences to Marko Račić (INSUREBEST) and Ivana Brezak (ELEMENT), recorded the cessation of insurance distribution licences for FIMA BIS d.o.o. (effective 3 March 2026) and ADORA PRO d.o.o. (effective 6 March 2026), and removed Petra Dmitrović from the register of authorised insurance intermediaries with effect from the decision date.
