The Vietnam State Securities Commission has issued a notice instructing individuals named in an accompanying list to pay the statutory fee required to complete the procedure for issuance of a securities practicing certificate. The fee is set at VND 1,000,000 per person, in line with Ministry of Finance Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on fees and charges in the securities sector applied at the Commission. Payment can be made either by bank transfer to the Commission’s designated accounts or in person at the Commission, with payment references expected to identify the certificate recipient, their identification details and the type of certificate. The notice also states that if the recipient does not complete the procedure to collect the certificate within one year of the Commission’s fee-payment notice, the Commission will issue a decision to cancel the certificate that has been granted.
