The Bank of Italy published the recording and English text of a keynote address by Deputy Director General Chiara Scotti, titled “From Magma to Masterpiece: Forging the Future of Cross-Border Payments,” delivered at the Reykjavík Economic Conference 2025. The conference was co-organised by the Central Bank of Iceland and Northwestern University’s Center for International Macroeconomics, and the Bank also made available the event programme and downloadable PDF and ePub versions of the speech.
