The National Bank of Georgia announced that, at its invitation and co-organised by JPMorgan, a delegation of American investors will visit Georgia to meet public- and private-sector representatives, including a joint meeting with National Bank of Georgia Governor Natia Turnava and Finance Minister Lasha Khutsishvili. The meeting will cover Georgia’s investment environment and macroeconomic outlook, alongside an overview of the resilience of the country’s banking and financial sectors. The visiting group includes representatives from leading international investment and financial institutions, including JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley Investment Management, Kirkoswald, Aberdeen and MetLife. Delegates will also participate in the Second International Capital Markets Conference, organised by TBC Capital with support from the National Bank of Georgia. The National Bank of Georgia framed the visit as a mechanism to deepen cooperation with international institutional investors and facilitate the exchange of information on investment opportunities.
