The Vietnam State Securities Commission has issued a notice instructing individuals named in an attached list to pay the statutory fee required to complete the procedure for receiving a securities practising certificate. The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person, applied under the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on securities-sector fees and charges at the State Securities Commission. Payment can be made by bank transfer to the State Securities Commission or paid directly at its offices, with transfer details identifying the certificate recipient, identification document number and the type of certificate. If the recipient does not complete the procedure to collect the certificate within one year from the fee-payment notice, the State Securities Commission will issue a decision cancelling the certificate that has been granted.
