The Brazil Securities Commission (CVM), through its Superintendence of Corporate Relations (SEP), has suspended the public company registration of Cia Industrial Schlosser S.A. under Article 21 of Law 6.385 due to non-compliance for more than one year with the obligation to provide information to the regulator as required by CVM Resolution 80. While the registration remains suspended, the company cannot have securities it has issued admitted to trading on regulated markets, including an organised over-the-counter market, an exchange, or an unorganised over-the-counter market. SEP also noted that suspension does not exempt the company, its controlling shareholders, or its administrators from responsibility for any prior infractions.
