The Chile Financial Market Commission (CMF) reported that the certificate setting the Conventional Current Interest Rate and the Maximum Interest Rate will be published in the Official Gazette on Thursday, 15 May, with the rates taking effect upon that publication. Under Law No. 18.010, the CMF is required to publish this information on both its website and in the Official Gazette during the first fortnight of each month. The CMF also publishes the certificate in advance on its website as part of its transparency and timeliness approach.
