The Bank of Mauritius has issued a request for proposal inviting eligible bidders to supply, install and configure a Privileged Access Management tool for the Bank. The RFP can be downloaded from the Bank’s website. Proposals must be submitted electronically by the bidder’s authorised signatory and encrypted using a Pretty Good Privacy tool with the Bank-provided public key; bids that do not conform to specifications, required details or submission format, or that are submitted late, will be rejected. Bids must remain valid for 180 days from submission, and the Bank may request additional information during evaluation while reserving the right to accept or reject any bid or annul the process. Questions must be submitted by 25 August 2025 at 18:00 local time, with responses to be published on the Bank’s website by 29 August 2025. The proposal submission deadline is 8 September 2025 at 16:00 local time.
