Eligibility spans young entrepreneurs, individuals with innovative ideas, insurtech and fintech firms, local and mainstream insurers, technology developers, and other organisations. Submissions are due by close of business on 3 October 2025, with application requirements and the submission process set out in the sandbox directive on the Commission’s website.
